緒言
腎自然破裂は極めて珍しい疾患である。最近，われわれは完全重複腎盂尿管を伴う結石性膿腎の自然破裂により膿胸を併発した1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 47-year-old woman visited our clinic with complaints of right flank pain, high fever and macro-hematuria on April 26, 1978.
KUB revealed a right renal calculus and X-ray film of the chest revealed the right pleuritis.
Drainage of the right pleural cavity was performed, and plenty of yellow pus-discharge was noted from the drain.
A retrograde pyelography revealed the hydronephrosis due to right renal calculi and the extravasa-tion of contrast medium around the right kidney which had complete double ureters.
Operation was done under the diagnosis of the right renal rupture complicated by right supprative pleuritis.
