  • Look Inside

So-called "idiopathic renal hematuria" is a syndrome for renal hematuria from cause unknown, clinically. It has been understood for quite a long time that dysfunction of the autonomic nerve system with disturbance of renal blood flow could be one of the causes. A case of renal hematuria which was considered to be from dysfunctoin of the autonomic nerve center at the brainstem from the physiopath-ological stand point, or a condition which falls within the purview of seizure of brain-stem by Shimoda, was reported.

Case is a 54 years old male, who has been complaining asymptomatic inveterated hematuria, insomina and anxiety.
