腹痛を主訴とした尿管原発小細胞癌

Small cell carcinoma of the right ureter：a case report

症例は67歳，男性。腹痛を主訴に当科を受診した。右尿管癌と診断し，右腎尿管全摘術を行った。組織結果は小細胞癌（pT3N1）であった。術後化学療法を行う予定であったが，術後2か月で再発しており，化学療法，放射線療法を行った。現在術後2年経過し多発転移を認めるが，化学療法を継続し治療中である。

A 67-year-old man with a complaint of abdominal pain revealed to have right ureteral cancer, and underwent nephroureterectomy. The histological findings were small cell carcinoma of the ureter. In spite of the chemotherapy with cisplatin and irinotecan, lymph node metastasis and its growth were found. Later, radiation therapy and further chemotherapy were performed, however, recurrence occurred again. With another chemotherapy, he has been alive for over 2 years with the metastatic lesions.
