　膀胱原発小細胞癌の1例を報告する。症例は，64歳，男性。既往歴に右腎盂癌，同膀胱再発を有する。定期的受診を自己中断し，右腎盂癌術後8年目に無症候性肉眼的血尿を自覚，当科を再診した。精査にて膀胱小細胞癌（pT2，N0，M0）と診断，根治的膀胱全摘除術，ハウトマン式代用膀胱造設術を施行した。術後強化化学療法としてEP療法を施行後，1年10か月現在再発，転移を認めていない。

The patient was a 62-year-old man with a chief complaint of asymptomatic grosshematuria. By cystoscopy we recognized the non-papillary,broad-based tumor in the bladder. The histopathological findings of TUR-biopsy specimen was the small cell carcinoma of the bladder. We performed the total cystectomy with Hautmann's continent reservoir. As postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy EP regimen was given and the patient has been alive without evidence of recurrence for 22months after operation.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：335-337,2004）
