症例は69歳女性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診した。腹部CTで右腎盂に接する異常血管影を認め，右腎動脈背側枝上極枝の分枝を主流動脈とする右腎AVMが疑われた。右腎動静脈奇形と診断し，選択的腎動脈塞栓術を行い，nidusの消失，止血を得ることができた。その後血尿は認めず，経過良好である。
A sixty-nine years old woman was referred to our hospital because of the repeated balloon catheter blockade by coagulated blood. Computed tomography showed a nidus and microaneurysm in the right kidney. The diagnosis was arteriovenous malformation（AVM）in the right kidney. Right renal arterial embolization was perfomed to treat the AVM while preserving right renal function.
