塞栓術を行った腎動静脈奇形

A CASE OF TRANSCATHETER EMBOLIZATION OF THE RENAL ARTERIOVENOUS MALFORMATION

　血尿を主訴とする先天性腎動静脈瘻に対しステンレススチールコイルとアイバロンの併用による腎動脈塞栓術を行った1例を報告した。施行前DIPで右腎はまったく造影されなかったが，施行後は造影良好となり，またレノグラムでは機能低下型から遅延型へと腎機能の回復が認められ，肉眼的血尿も消失した。血尿の消失という目的から考えると本法は第一選択となり得る治療法と考えられる。

A 51-year old female patient with right renal arteriovenous malformation who had macroscopic hematuria as the initial symptom is presented.Transcatheter embolization using stainless steel coil and Ivaron was performed.After embolization her right renal function recovered on the finding of both IVP and renogram and the macroscopic hematuria disappeared with only occasional microscopic hematuria.
