受傷後早期に自然回復した外傷性腎囊胞破裂

Traumatic ruputure of renal cyst with rappid natural recovery：A case report

　患者は43歳，女性。労作中に転倒し，前腹壁を打撲した。受傷当日の夕刻になって腹満，嘔吐を自覚し，当院を受診した。受診時腹部は全体に緊満し，左側腹部に圧痛を認めた。CTでは左腎周囲から後腹膜腔にわたって拡がる広汎な液状物が認められたが，造影CTにて腎出血，尿溢流は否定的と判断し，安静加療，保存的治療を目的に入院となった。入院後5日目に施行したCTでは，左腎周囲の液状物は消失しており，被膜が回復した腎囊胞を確認した。

　A 43-year-old woman was injured by falling to the ground while working. After a half day she came to our hospital ER complaining abdominal fullness and nausea. CT scan displayed the left kidney with irregular shape and clear fluid retention in pararenal space. We decided to do a concervative follow up because enhanced CT scan showed no bleeding or urinoma. After 5 days CT scan displayed disappearance of retain fluid with recovered renal cyst.
