TVTテープに生じた膀胱結石

A case of the bladder stone following a tension-free vaginal tape procedure

　症例は88歳，女性。2003年10月，腹圧性尿失禁，性器脱に対し，TVTおよび経腟的子宮摘出術・前後腟壁形成術を施行した。2007年4月頃より膀胱炎を繰り返すようになった。2008年春頃よりは，抗生剤を常時内服していないと調子が悪くなった。2008年7月，超音波検査にて膀胱結石を認め，膀胱鏡検査にてTVTテープの膀胱内脱出部に結石形成を認めた。2008年9月中旬，膀胱切石術を施行し，脱出部のテープも含めて結石を摘出した。術後の経過は良好で，尿失禁の再発も認めていない。

　A 88-year-old woman underwent a TVT（tension-free vaginal tape）operation,vaginal hysterectomy and anterior-posterior vaginal wall repair for stress urinary incontinence and genital prolapse in October 2003. She developed repeated cystitis starting in April 2007 and was frequently given an anti-biotics. Ultrasonography performed in July 2008 revealed a calcification of the bladder. Cystoscopy disclosed a portion of the right sling of the TVT inside the bladder cavity,with a stone adhering to it. Cystolithotomy was performed and portoperature voiding behavior was good without incontinence.
