先天性中胚葉性腎腫に類似した成人腎過誤腫

A Case of Congenital Mesoblastic Nephroma in Adult

　患者は51歳，女性。検診の腹部超音波検査で右腎腫瘍を指摘され，当科を受診した。腹部CT,MRIで造影効果のある径1.5cmの占拠性病変を認めたため，右腎腫瘍と診断して根治的右腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的診断は上皮成分と非上皮成分の混在するcongenital mesoblastic nephromaに類似した成人腎過誤腫であった。本症例は検索し得た限りでは本邦15例目と考えられ，そのうち最小の腫瘍であった。

A 51-year-old woman was incidentally found to have aright renal mass on ultrasonography. The diagnosis of rightrenal tumor was confirmed by radiographic examinationsand right radical nephrectomy was performed. The tumor size was 2.5×1.0×0.8cm.Histological examination re-vealed the congenital mesoblastic nephroma composed ofspindle-shaped cells with collagenous interstitial material,and epithelial cells forming tubule-like structure.
