　症例は4歳男児。主訴は亀頭部腫瘤。亀頭包皮炎治療7か月後に腫瘤が出現し，当科を受診した。外尿道口周囲に乳頭状の腫瘤を認め，尖圭コンジローマと診断した。全身麻酔下にコンジローマ焼灼術を施行した。病理診断，および患部ぬぐい液中HPV-DNA（＋）であったため，尖圭コンジローマと診断確定した。術後8か月経過した現在まで再発を認めない。

Abstract　A 4-year-old boy visited our hospital with a papillary tumor around the external urethral meatus noticed by his mother. Seven months before,he was treated for balanoposthitis at another clinic. Surgical resection and electrical coagulation were performed. Pathological diagnosis was condyloma acuminatum. There was no recurrence eight months after surgery. Pathogenesis and management of this rare condition was discussed.
