術後cisplatin，VP-16による後療法を行った膀胱小細胞癌

Small cell carcinoma of the bladder treated by adjuvant chemotherapy with cisplatin and VP-16：a case report

症例は74歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を初診した。膀胱鏡にて左側壁に非乳頭状腫瘍を認め，根治的膀胱全摘術を施行した。病理結果は膀胱小細胞癌，単発であるがリンパ節転移を伴っていた。術後CDDP，VP-16の化学療法を施行し，10か月後の現在再発を認めない。

A 74-year-old man with asymptomatic macrohematuria was shown to have a non-papillary tumor at the left lateral wall of the urinary bladder by cystoscopic examination. He was treated by radical cystectomy and the pathological diagnosis was small cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder with a single lymphnode metastasis. Adjuvant chemotherapy with CDDP and VP-16 was performed and no recurrence has been seen 10months after the operation.
