膀胱転移した腎細胞癌

A case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the urinary bladder

症例は76歳，男性。近医にて左腎腫瘍を指摘され当科を初診した。根治的左腎摘除術施行後6か月で膀胱腫瘍を認めた。経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を施行したところ，病理所見は腎細胞癌であった。本症例は腎細胞癌の膀胱転移として本邦28例めと思われた。

A 76-year-old man with left renal tumor was referred to our hospital. He was treated by left radical nephrectomy. Six months after the operation,abdominal CT showed a tumor in the urinary bladder,which was treated by transurethral resection. The pathological finding was compatible with that of renal tumor. This case appears to be the 28th case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the urinary bladder in the Japanese literature.
