OK−432局注療法を行った成人頸部嚢胞状リンパ管腫の1例

A Case Report of Adult Cystic Hygroma Treated with OK-432 Local Injection

　はじめに

　リンパ管腫の多くは生後2年以内に発見され，成人の報告例は少ない^1,2）。また，これまでリンパ管腫に対し様々な治療が行われてきたが，近年，小児のリンパ管腫を中心にOK−432（ピシバニール®）局注療法が広く普及してきた^3）。

　今回われわれは，65歳男性の頸部嚢胞状リンパ管腫に対しOK−432局注療法を行い，良好な結果を得たので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Of all lymphangiomas, 90% are found in infants less than 2 years of age. Adult cystic hygroma is uncommon. A 65-year-old male was suffering from left cervical swelling.

Cystic hygroma was diagnosed by FNAC, echo, CT and MRI. OK-432 local injection therapy was perfomed with a remarkable effect.
