後頸部に認めた成人嚢胞状リンパ管腫の1例

An Adult Case of Cystic Lymphangioma in the Posterior Nuchal Region

　はじめに

　嚢胞状リンパ管腫はその75％が頸部にみられ，90％以上は2歳までに発症するといわれている^1〜3）。成人における発症は稀であり^2〜4），また成人の後頸部に発生したとの報告はない。

　今回われわれは，成人の後頸部にみられた嚢胞状リンパ管腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

Cystic lymphangioma is usually recognized in infantsand children and most often noted in the posterior trian-gle region of the neck. A 19-year-old female presented with a mass in the posterior nuchal region. Preoperative MRI showed a large cystic tumor with septum. The tumor was completely removed. There was no evidence of recurrence up to the time of this report.
