　はじめに

　嚢胞状リンパ管腫は，一般に先天性素因に基づき，約90％が2歳未満に発症する小児例が大多数であり^1），成人例は比較的まれである^2）。今回われわれは，成人男性の頸部から鎖骨上窩，腋窩部に及ぶ嚢胞状リンパ管腫に対してOK-432（ピシバニール®）局所注入療法を施行し良好な結果が得られたので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 25-year-old male presented with a huge pain-less cystic mass which extended from the left neck to the axillary area. CT and MRI showed continu-ous cyst with multiple septums. The cyst was treat-ed with local injection of OK-432. Although the patient complained of pyrexia for a week following the therapy, the cyst was extremely reduced its volume. For a year after the treatment, neither other complications nor recurrence have been noted. Our result shows that local injection of OK-432 for cystic hygroma is both safe and reliable treatment.
