当科における後天性外耳道狭窄，閉塞症例—その手術手技について

The Management of Acquired External Auditory Canal Stricture or Stenosis

　はじめに

　後天性外耳道狭窄，閉塞症は古くから知られている疾患であり，その原因として外傷，炎症，腫瘍，医原性が挙げられている^1〜4）。統計資料による裏づけはないが，近年これらの疾患，中でも慢性外耳道炎で肉芽の増生，肥厚により外耳道が狭窄，閉塞する例が増加しているように思われる。当科では，最近3年間に後天性外耳道狭窄，閉塞症（外耳道真珠腫で狭窄，閉塞をきたしたものを除く）7例に対して手術を行った。今回われわれは，この7例について詳細を報告し，術式選択について述べる。

Seven patients with acquired external auditory canal stricture or stenosis were surgically treated in our hospital from 1996 to 1998. Two cases weretreated with pre- or postauricular skin flaps and 4 cases with split-thickness skin grafts. In case one, resection of only subcutaneous granulation tissue was performed. Six cases with normal skin cover-age showed good post-operative conditions, how-ever, one case with remained lesional skin showed restricture. Surgical method and application for acquired auditory canal stricture or stenosis were discussed.
