Exostoseによる外耳道閉塞の1例

　I．緒言

　外耳道に発生する腫瘍は，良性悪性共に比較的少いとされているが，私は最近Exostoseによつて起つた外耳道閉塞の一症例を経験したので，先人の症例の追加として，ここに報告する。

A man, aged 26 complained of pain and im-pairment of hearing in his left ear. Examina-tion showed a complete occlusion of the ext-erear canal by a mass of tissues which pro-ved to be exostosis spongiosa measuring 1.3 ×1.0×O.7cm in its dimensions. The patient made an uneventfull recovery after the operation.
