悪性リンパ腫に合併した巨大真珠腫の1例

A Case of Large Congenital Cholesteatoma with Intracranial Extension

　はじめに

　最近われわれは，悪性リンパ腫の経過中に悪性リンパ腫の頭蓋内進展と思われていた病変が，頭蓋へ進展した真珠腫と判明した症例を経験した。また，この症例は乳突部型先天性真珠腫であった可能性もある。症例を報告して問題点を検討する。

An 81-year-old male presented with congenital cholesteatoma in the mastoid cavity extending into the cranium.

Intially the patient received radiotherapy against the mass lesion in the cranium, that was diagnosed as malignant lymphoma, but the lesion was found out as cholesteatoma. To avoid the intracranal complication, surgery was performed, but due to the poor condition of the patient, complete dissection was unable. Up to ten months after the operation, no sign of meningitis was found and otorrhea was decreased.
