咽頭アミロイドーシスの1例

Pharyngeal Amyloidosis:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　アミロイドーシスはアミロイドと称する線維性蛋白が全身の臓器や組織の細胞外に沈着し，様々な機能障害を引き起こす原因不明の代謝性疾患である。これまでに耳鼻咽喉科領域では喉頭に発生したアミロイドーシスの報告は散見されるが^1〜4）咽頭に発生したアミロイドーシスの報告は少ない^5〜8）。今回われれわれは，咽頭に多発性の腫瘤を形成したアミロイドーシスの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A rare case of pharyngeal amyloidosis was report-ed. A 45-year-old male presented with throat dis-comfort for about six years. Yellowish tumors were found on the right auditory tube region, lateral bandin both sides and the left base of the tongne. His-topathological examination revealed that those tumors were formed by amyloidosis containing amyloid protein which was amyloid A protein. Systemic amyloidosis was excluded by general examinations included rectal biopsy. Under general anesthesia, those masses were resected by electro coagulator and uncontacted YAG laser by oral approach. Postoperative course was uneventful.
