幼児のボタン型リチウム電池食道異物の1症例

A Button Type Lithium Battery as Esophageal Foreign Body in Infant:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　ボタン型電池は生体内に滞留した場合，短時間で化学反応をおこし，時に重篤な障害をもたらすことがあることはよく知られている。食道異物としての報告は1977年Blatnikら^1）が初めてとされている^2,3）。今回，われわれは幼児のボタン型リチウム電池食道異物1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

A case of a button type lithium battery as the esophageal foreign body in a baby girl aged one year and 2months was reported. The foreign body was removed by direct esophageal endoscopy about 9 hours after accidental ingestion. The baby was placed on alimentation through a gastric tube and was discharged on the 16th day without any compli-cations.
