中咽頭に発生した線維性組織球腫の1例

Fibrous Histiocytoma of the Oropharynx:A Case Report

　はじめに

　線維性組織球腫（Fibrous histiocytoma：FH）は，組織球および線維芽細胞の増殖を主体とする腫瘍性病変である。この腫瘍は，軟部良性腫瘍全体の15％を占め^1），通常四肢あるいは躯幹の軟部組織に好発するといわれており^2），頭頸部領域の発生の報告は少ない。今回われわれは中咽頭に発生した線維性組織球腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 35-year-old man with fibrous histiocytoma of the oropharynx was reported. A pedicle of the tumor was originated from the lateral pharyngeal band in the oropharynx. Gadolinium enhanced MRI revealed that the mass lesion did not invade the posterior oropharyngeal wall. Tumor was complete-ly removed by YAG laser.

The surgical specimen revealed histiocytic cells and fibroblastic cells histopathologically. Tumor cells were immunohistochemically positive to anti KP-1 antibody. The histological diagnosis was benign fibrous histiocytoma.

In the literature, this was the second case report of the benign fibrous histiocytoma in the orophar-ynx.
