　はじめに

　悪性リンパ腫の心転移はけっして少なくないことが知られているが，臨床的に心病変が主体となるような転移をきたすことはまれである。われわれは，上顎洞原発悪性リンパ腫の治療後に，伝導路障害による難治性の心不全で死亡し，剖検で心臓に高度の転移が認められた1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 82-year-old male with left cheek pain and swelling. A diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the left maxillary sinus, diffuse, large cell type, stage IA was made. Although the maxillary tumor and metastatic tumor in the left mandibular region disappeared by radiation therapy, he died of progressive heart failure. An autopsy revealed massive cardiac involvement by lymphoma.
