篩骨洞より発生したと考えられた若年性血管線維腫の1例

A Juvenil Angiofibroma Occuring from the Ethmoid Sinus:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　若年性血管線維腫は10歳代男子の上咽頭に発生することの多い良性腫瘍である。上咽頭以外に発生した血管線維腫は珍しく，われわれが調査した限りにおいて本邦では30例の報告がみられるにすぎない^1〜8）。篩骨洞原発の血管線維腫は本邦での報告はなく，外国でも4例の報告^9〜12）があるのみで，大変稀なものと考えられる。今回われわれは篩骨洞より発生したと考えられた血管線維腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A rare case of juvenil angiofibroma occuring from the ethmoid sinus with normal nasopharynx was reported. The patient was a 19-year-old man who complaind of epistaxis. MRI did not depict multiple flow voids. The tumor was removedby extranasal frontoethomoidectomy. Patient required no blood transfusion.
