鼻中隔原発神経鞘腫の1症例

Neurilemmoma of the Nasal Septum:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　鼻中隔原発の良性腫瘍は多形腺腫・血管腫などが散見されるが，神経鞘腫の報告は非常に稀である。今回われわれは，孤立性の鼻中隔原発神経鞘腫の1症例を経験したので，若干の考按とともに報告する。

A 17-year-old man presented with a complaint of pain of the right cheek. Rhinoscopic and radiological examination revealed a solitary tumor on the right side of the nasal septum. Biopsy showed the histopathological features of neurilem-moma. The patient underwent resection of the tumor according to Watsuji-Denker's operation. After the operation, histopathological finding re-vealed Antoni A type neurilemmoma. The post-operative course was uneventful with no sign of recurrence for 2 years.
