鼻中隔原発線維肉腫の1例

Fibrosarcoma of the Nasal Septum

　はじめに

　鼻中隔に原発する悪性腫瘍は鼻腔内の他の部位や副鼻腔より発生する悪性腫瘍に比較して極めて稀であるが，特に間葉系の腫瘍である線維肉腫は世界でも数例報告されているに過ぎない。今回われわれは偶然にも篩骨洞嚢胞を合併したことにより，鼻中隔原発の線維肉腫を早期に発見し，手術および放射線療法により良好な結果を得た症例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

A fibrosarcoma arising from the nasal septum was accidentally found in concomitant with eth-moidal cyst. Wide resection of the nasal septum and postoperative radiotherapy were performed. Although the surgical margin was negative, the pathologic grade was low, and the tumor size was small in the present case, a carefull follow-up study was recommended because of the high local recurrence rate.
