鼻中隔より発生した神経鞘腫の1例

NEURINOMA OF THE NASAL SEPTUM

　Ⅰ．緒言

　鼻，副鼻腔の悪性腫瘍はしばしば見られるが，その良性腫瘍は比較的まれである。

　今回，われわれは鼻中隔を起源とした鼻腔内神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。耳鼻咽喉科領域の神経鞘腫は聴神経のそれをはじめ必ずしもまれではないが，鼻腔内神経鞘腫はきわめて少なく，本邦では数例の報告があるに過ぎない。本報告は症例集積の意味でも意義あるものと思われる。

　A case of neurinoma in a woman, aged 34, is reported. The patient was admitted complaining of nasal bleeding and obstruction. Anterior rhinoscopy revealed a mass completely filling the left nasal cavity.

　The tumor was removed through per-maxillary approach and it was found to have come from the nasal septum.

　Histological examination revealed a neurinoma of Antoni A. type.
