抗T3自己抗体を認めた慢性甲状腺炎を合併したシェーグレン症候群の1例

Sjögren's Disease with Antitriiodothyronine Autoantibodies Associated with Chronic Thyroiditis:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　自己免疫疾患と考えられるSjogren症候群（以下，SjS）は，反復性耳下腺炎，乾燥性角結膜炎など多彩な症状を呈するが，しばしば甲状腺疾患を合併することがある。今回，抗triiodothyronine（T₃）自己抗体を認めた慢性甲状腺炎を合併した，SjSを経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 71-year-old female complained of tremor of her extremities, and she has been treated with anti-thyrodin for T₃ toxicosis at beginning. In a course of treatment, anti-triiodothyronine wasfound in her serum. She was also suffered from xerostomia recently, and was diagnosed as having Sjogren's syndrome based on biopsy of the minor salivary gland.
