頸部放線菌症の2症例

Actinomycosis of the Neck:Report of Two Cases

　はじめに

　抗生物質のない時代には，放線菌症は皮膚に腫脹，硬結，瘻孔を形成し，極めて治療がむずかしく，慢性に経過する難治性の疾患であった。しかしペニシリンをはじめ種々の抗生物質の出現で，症例数は減少し，また定型的な症例も少なくなってきている。われわれは，2例の頸部放線菌症を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The first patients was a 7-year-old boy, suffer-ing from actinomycosis of the submandibular gland, and the other was a 58-year-old woman with actinomycosis of the neck after extraction of her teeth. In the latter case, actinomycosis resulted in the formation of firm, painless indura-tion of the cervical tissues, and it was needed to differentiate the lesion from a malignant tumor or tuberculosis. The patients of actinomycosis with typical clinical features are rarely encoun-tered in the recent era. On the contrary, such an atypical case as our second case may be in-creased.
