当教室アレルギー外来の統計的観察

I．緒言

　近年耳鼻咽喉科領域において鼻アレルギーが増加の傾向を示すことが報告されている^1〜4,7,8）。当教室でも互好ら^5）が昭和51年から同56年までの6年間の鼻アレルギー症例について統計的観察を行い報告をしているが，今回はそれ以後の最近4年間の鼻アレルギー外来における統計的観察を行い，昭和51年から56年の6年間と昭和57年から60年の4年間と比較し（一部は昭和51年から55年と56年から60年で比較），最近の鼻アレルギーの傾向について考察を行い新たに若干の知見を得たので，これを報告する。

2,503 cases of nasal allergy visited our hospital during the past 10 years. The patients with this disease comprised 4.3% of all the patients visiting our hospital in 1985 compared with 1.8% of 10 years ago. The highest incidence of this disease occurred in March and August for cedar pollen. There has been a significant increase in the number of patients with cedar pollinosis for the last 5 years, about 1.5 times compared with those during the 5 pre-vious years to 1979. The most frequent combined allergens were housedust, mites and weeds. The increase in the number of patients of this group is now remarkable.
