Double Abbe flapで再建した下口唇癌の1例

A Reconstruction by Double Abbe's Flap in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Lower Lip―A Case Report―

I．はじめに

　口唇癌の日本における発生頻度は欧米諸国に比べて低いとされる^1～3）。口唇癌の治療としては手術が選択されることが多いが，機能上，美容上の問題を多く含む。

　今回われわれはdouble Abbe flapを用いて再建を行い，良好な術後経過を得られた下口唇扁平上皮癌の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Squamous cell carcinoma of the lip is relatively uncommon disease in Japan. A 73-year-old female complained of a mass of the lower lip without pain. Histopathological diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy,extirpation of the tumor,radical neck dissection and reconstruction were performed. A double Abbe's flap was adopted for the reconstruction,with satisfactory results not only cosmetically but also functionally. We recommend the double Abbe's flap for the reconstruction of lip carcinoma.
