老人の下口唇中央部に生じた有棘細胞癌の2治療例を報告した．欠損部は，両側の頬部伸展皮弁を利用するBurow法に基づいて再建した．この手術法は，簡単かつ簡便な方法で，患者の早期社会復帰につながる有用な方法と考え紹介する．
