鼻口蓋管囊胞の1症例

I．はじめに

　鼻口蓋管囊胞は鼻口蓋管の遺残が原因と考えられ，顎骨囊胞の約2％と比較的少ない疾患である^1）。囊胞は通常上顎骨内に存在し，囊胞の増大に伴い鼻腔や副鼻腔を圧排することがある^1～5）。

　今回われわれは，鼻閉を主訴とした鼻口蓋管囊胞の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A patient complained of persistent obstruction of the bilateral nasal cavities. On examination,the floor of the nasal cavity was elevated. CT image revealed a mass in the maxillary and nasal cavity. The content was aspirated from the gingiva. After the aspiration,the perforation of the cyst in the nasal septum occurred. MR image revealed the wall of the cyst in the maxillary and the nasal cavity. After the occurrence of the perforation,the patient has been free from the nasal obstruction.
