（24D-8）　40歳以上の非虚血型網膜中心静脈閉塞症（central retinal vein occlusion：CRVO）23例24眼を，ウロキナーゼ・リボ化プロスタグランジンE₁・星状神経節ブロック3者（UPS）併用療法を行った12眼（UPS群）と行わなかった12眼（非UPS群）に分けて，その有効性につきretrospectiveに検討した。最終視力0.1以下の視力不良例はUPS群5眼，非UPS群3眼，0.7以上の視力良好例はいずれの群も5眼であり，2段階以上の視力悪化例はUPS群3眼，非UPS群4眼，視力改善例はUPS群3眼，非UPS群5眼であった。また，汎網膜光凝固を要した症例はUPS群2眼，非UPS群3眼であった。以上の結果から，UPS併用療法はCRVOの予後に明らかな影響を与えないと考えられる。

We reviewed the effect of combined treatment with systemic urokinase, lipoprostaglandin E₁, and stellate ganglion block for 12 eyes of non-ischemic type of central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). Another group of 12 eyes of CRVO served as control. Final visual acuity was 0.1 or worse in 5 treated eyes and in 3 control eyes. Visual acuity was 0.7 or better in 5 eyes each in both groups. It decreased by two lines or more in 3 treated eyes and in 4 control eyes. It improved in 3 treated eyes and in 5 control eyes. Panretinal photocoagulation was performed in 2 treated eyes and in 3 control eyes. The findings show that this treatment had no obvious effect on the course of CRVO.
