網膜静脈閉塞症に対するウロキナーゼ球後注射の効果

The Effect of Retrobulbar Injection of Urokinase on Retinal Vein Occlusion

I．緒言

　網膜静脈閉塞症は，日常しばしば経験する疾患であるが，決定的な治療法はまだない。

　今回，線溶酵素賦活剤であるウロキナーゼを使用して，本疾患の治療を試みたので，ここにその結果を報告する。

Ten patients with stagnation thrombosis of the central retinal vein and its branch were treated with retrobulbar injection of Urokinase (100 P. K. units/0.5 cc, once a week) for 2 to 6 months.

Very satisfactory improvement was noted in 4 cases. A favorable effect was observed in 4 cases. The treatment was of little or no benefit in the other 2 cases.

No remarkable side effect was encountered.
