（25A-10）　lrsogladineによる血管内皮細胞障害の抑制効果を，螢光眼底造影（FAG），硝子フルオロフォトメトリー（VF）より検討した。対象は，糖尿病網膜症（DR）福田分類B1症例のlrsogladine投与群；7名13眼対照薬carbazochrOme投与群；7名14眼である。方法は，FAGを画像処理①眼底撮影面積，②毛細血管瘤，網膜血管面積，③過螢光血管床領域を、VFからは④硝子体内漏出量を算出，投薬前後で比較した。その結果，lrsOgladine群の②，③，④に有意な減少を示し，さらに③，④に有意な相関がみられた。一方，対照薬投与群では有意な変化はなかった。以上から，lrsogladine投与により糖尿病網膜症血管内皮細胞の再生に，一過性の抑制過程が示された。

We studied the effect of paroral irsogladine on endothelial cells of retinal vessels in 13 eyes with moderate diabetic retinopathy. As control, another group of 14 eyes with matching diabetic retinopathy received carbazochrome. In the treated group, there was a significant decrease in capillary microaneurysms, area of dye staining and intravitreal dye leakage after one year. The area of dye staining and intravitreal dye leakage were positively correlated. Eyes in the control group showed no changes in the above parameters. The finding show the temporary suppressing effect of irsogladine on the endothelial cells of diabetic eyes.
