変型フェイコチョッパーを用いた前嚢切開法

Anterior capsulorrhexis using a modified phaco-chopper

　フェイコチョッパーの先を曲げて，変型フェイコチョッパーを作製した。同器具を用いて前嚢切開と核分割を64眼に行った。サイドポートから器具を入れて，二手法により前襲切開は全例で無事行えた。安定して前嚢切開を行えるので，有効な方法と考えられる。

We performed cataract surgery on 64 eyes using a phaco-chopper with a bent tip for anterior capsulor-rhexis and nuclear fragmentation. The anterior chamber was entered through two ports. Anterior capsulorrhexis could be successfully perfomed in all the eyes. This method promises to be of value as an adjunct to phacoemulsification-aspiration.
