イソプロピルウノプロストン点眼からラタノプロスト点眼への切り替えによる緑内障性視野に与える短期的影響

Short-term influence on glaucomatous visual field after switching from topical unoprostone to latanoprost

　イソプロピルウノプロストンその他を1か月以上点眼していた27名44眼を，ラタノプロスト点眼に切り替えた。症例の内訳は，原発開放隅角緑内障38眼，正常眼圧緑内障2眼，発達緑内障2眼，ステロイド緑内障2眼である。切り替え前の平均眼圧は17.7±3.4mmHgであり，切り替え1か月後，3か月後，6か月後でいずれも有意に低下した（p＝0.01）。切り替えから平均14.4±2.8か月の観察で，ハンフリー視野計の閾値テストでのmean deviation値が有用に上昇した（p＝0.02）。イソプロピルウノプロストンからラタノプロスト点眼への切り替えは視野改善に有用であった。

Instillation of isopropyl unoprostone was replaced by topical latanoprost in 44 glaucoma eyes of 27 pa-tients. The series comprised primary open-angle glaucoma 38 eyes, normal-tension glaucoma 2 eyes, developmental glaucoma 2 eyes, and steroid glaucoma 2 eyes. The intraocular pressure averaged 17.7±3.4mmHg before introduction of latanoprost. It decresed significantly one month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment with latanoprost (p=0.01). After observation for an average of 14.4±2.8 months, there was a significant increase in mean deviation by Humphrey perimetry (p=0.02). The finding shows that replacement of topical unoprostone by latanoprost may improve the visual field in glaucoma.
