非滲出型加齢性黄斑変性のインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影と初期脈絡膜充盈所見

Early choroidal filling pattern by indocyanine green angiography in nonexudative age-related macular degeneration

　非滲出型加齢性黄斑変性27眼をインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影で検索した。27眼すべてに，変性部を含んだ広範囲に脈絡毛細血管板の充盈遅延または欠損によると考えられる低螢光斑が観察された。脈絡膜静脈の拡張または口径不同が19眼（70％）にあり，比較的大きな脈絡膜静脈での明瞭な静・静脈吻合が21眼（78％）にあった。これらの所見は，加齢性黄斑変性には脈絡毛細血管板から脈絡膜静脈のレベルで循環障害が高率に存在するものと解釈された。

We examined 27 eyes of nonexudative age-related macular degeneration by indocyanine green angiography. All the eyes showed hypofluorescent patches due to filling delay or defect in the choriocapillaris in a wide area exceeding the degenerative lesions. The choroidal veins showed dilatation or irregularity in caliber in 19 eyes (70%). Venovenous anastomosis was present in 21 eyes (78%) . These findings appeared to show the frequent presence of circulatory disorder in the choriocapillaris and choroidal veins in age-related macular degeneration.
