網膜細動脈瘤のOCT所見

Optical coherence tomographic features of retinal arterial macroaneurysm

　網膜細動脈瘤の2症例をOCTで観察した。網膜細動脈瘤は，破裂直後の新鮮例では，動脈瘤の内腔は開存しているため低反射領域として描出された。また，その治療後では高輝度の反射を示す塊として観察された。これは，動脈瘤の壁の肥厚，または血栓の器質化が進行した状態を反映した所見と考えられる。OCTにより，網膜細動脈瘤は螢光造影およびインドシアニングリーン螢光造影との併用により，詳細な状態把握が可能となった。

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) was performed on two eyes with retinal arteriolar macroaneurysm. The site of reptured macroaneurysm appeared as a low reflectivity region. It showed high reflectivity after therapeutic laser photocoagulation, suggesting closure and fibrosis of the macroaneurysm.
