後部円錐水晶体の1例

A case of posterior lenticonus

（18-レセ2-27）　後部円錐水晶体をみた4歳男児に白内障手術を行い，その際得られた後嚢組織を病理組織検査に供した。後嚢円錐部には異所性上皮細胞が存在しており，胎生期に水晶体後面に残された上皮細胞による水晶体線維の異常増殖が本症の発生機序に関与していると考えられた。

A 4-year-old boy presented with posterior lenticonus in the left eye. The affected eye underwent lens removal surgery. Histological studies of the posterior capsule showed abnormal epithelial cells in the site of posterior lenticonus. The findings seemed to suggest that abnormal proliferation of ectopic epithelial cells during gestation had induced the posterior lenticonus.
