  • Look Inside

A 22-year-old male with histologically confirmed sarcoidosis showed exudative patches in the deeper layer of the retina and widespread retinochoroidal atrophy in the periphery in both eyes. Fluorescein angiography showed hypofluorescence in the posterior fundus lesions during the early phase and hyperfluorescence in the late phase. The peripheral atrophic area showed hypofluorescence throughout surrounded by hyperfluorescence along its margin. Indocyanine green angiography showed persistent hypofluorescence in the lesions. Ocular sarcoidosis appeared to be one of the causative lesions of geographic choroiditis.
