Optical coherence tomographic features of geographic choroiditis

　地図状脈絡膜炎をOCTで観察した。瘢痕萎縮病巣では，脈絡膜反射の増強と，網膜色素上皮および脈絡膜萎縮の二次的変化としての感覚網膜の菲薄化がみられた。活動病巣では，網膜深層の黄白色滲出斑の部に一致して，脈絡膜実質内の高反射領域をみた。本症では，発病初期の滲出斑は網膜色素上皮の浮腫混濁とされている。色素上皮レベルのこの異常が，その後方の高反射領域として描写された。

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) in geographic choroiditis showed enhanced choroidal reflectivity and thinning of the sensory retina in chronic lesions. Active lesions appeared as enhanced reflectivity in the choroidal stroma corresponding to the exudation in deeper retinal layers. Fresh exudative areas located in the retinal pigment epithelium also showed enhanced reflectivity in the choroidal stroma.
