　生検でサルコイドーシスと確診を得た23歳の男性の両眼に，地図状脈絡膜炎の合併をみた。眼底病巣は，しばしば色素沈着を混じえた地図状網脈絡膜萎縮で，螢光眼底造影上，病巣の辺縁部が過螢光を示した。赤外螢光眼底造影では，両眼とも後極部に7〜8個の低螢光巣が晩期相まで持続した。全身的には，両側肺門部リンパ節腫大を伴い，血清アンギオテンシン変換酵素および血清リゾチームが上昇していた。地図状脈絡膜炎はサルコイドーシスの経過中に，肉芽腫による圧迫あるいはそれによる脈絡膜毛細血管板における循環障害により生じた可能性がある。

Bilateral serpiginous choroiditis with occasional pigmentations developed in a 23-year-old male. Systemic examinations including transtracheal biopsy led to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. Fluorescein angiography showed hyperfluorescence along the edge of geographic lesions. Indocyanine green angiography showed 7 to 8 hypofluorescent areas over the posteior fundus area throughout the late angiographic phase. Serpiginous choroiditis in the present case appeared to have been induced through pressure by sarcoid granulomas or circulatory disturbance in the choriocapillaris.
