動的ランダムドットステレオグラムによる視運動性眼振の誘発

Optokinetic nystagmus induced by dynamic random dot stereograms

　視運動性眼反射を介した他覚的立体視検査法の有効性を検証するために，コンピュータで作成した，ランダムドットステレオグラム（RDS）で構成された水平移動する立体ストライプを正常被検者5名に提示し，眼球運動の応答について検討した。両眼視した場合に限り，急速相と緩徐相からなる明瞭な視運動性眼振がみられた。この眼振の発生頻度は，ストライプの移動速度が2.8〜5.6°／秒で最も高くかつ安定していた。RDSの視差が80〜670秒の範囲では，眼振の振幅，頻度に有意な差はなかった。この方法は，検査上の偽陽性を効果的に排除でき，臨床応用する上での頑健性も備えていると思われた。

We designed a computerized objective stereotest. The thus produced horizontally movingstereoscopic stripes were presented to five normal subjects. Obvious opticokinetic nystagmus, showing quickand slow phases, was induced only in the binocularly viewing condition. The frequency of nystagmus washighest and steady at the velocity of stripes from 2.8 to 5.6 degrees/sec. The amplitude and frequency did notchange with disparity of random dot stereogram within the range between 80 and 670 sec. This method wasfree of false-positive response and was sturdy enough for clinical application.
