網膜血管の剥離を伴った網膜分離症の1例

A case of retinoschisis with avulsed retinal vessels

　特発性後部硝子体剥離による網膜血管分離を伴った続発性牽引性網膜分離症の1例を報告した。網膜血管剥離の存在は，本症例では網膜分離症の発生機序や進行に硝子体が関与していることを示唆する。

A 69-year-old man visited our clinic complaining of blurred vision of the left eye. Visual acuity was 0.3 in the left eye. Funduscopy of the left eye showed that a part of the superior temporal retinal artery and vein was loosened from the retina and,floating in the vitreous and that retinoschisis was present in the posterior pole including a vascular arcade area with avulsed retinal vessels. Part of the retinoschisis was photocoagulated with argon laser,and a coagulation fleck appeared. The appearance of the fleck confirmed the diagnosis of retino-schisis. Fluorescein angiography revealed fluore-scein leakage near the avulsed superior temporal retinal vein, but this leakage did not extend. The right eye showed no abnormal findings. The diagno-sis was secondary retinoschisis due to vitreous traction which caused avulsed retinal vessels.
