YAGレーザー後嚢切開術後に生じた網膜裂孔と網膜剥離

Retinal break and retinal detachment following Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy

（P−2-114）　Nd：YAGレーザーによる後嚢切開術に，網膜裂孔と網膜剥離が5眼5例に生じた。後嚢切開術から裂孔などの発症までの間隔は，2か月が3眼，4か月と2年が各1眼であった。裂孔は，黄斑円孔3眼，弁状裂孔2眼であった。5眼中3眼に，高度近視，網膜剥離の既往，網膜変性などの危険因子があった。このような合併症の可能性のために，Nd：YAGレーザーによる後嚢切開術の前後には，十分な眼底検査が望まれる。

We observed retinal break with retinal detachment in 5 eyes of 5 patients after Nd : YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. The interval between laser capsulotomy and detection of retinal lesions was 2 months in 3 eyes, 4 months in 1 eye and 2 years in 1 eye. Macular hole developed in 3 eyes and flap-shaped tear in 2 eyes. Three eyes had risk factors as high myopia, retinal degeneration or history of retinal detachment. We advocate detailed funduscopy before and after Nd : YAG laser posterior capsulotomy because of these complications.
