（B2-2-6）　網膜色素変性患者の走査型レーザー検眼鏡（SLO）による眼底所晃，インドシアニングリーン（ICG）造影所見および安全性を評価した。安全性は，SLO施行前後に自覚症状，視力，視野，色覚，コントラスト感度の項目を検査した。ヘリウムネオンによる画像でも，網膜色素上皮の変性により脈絡膜血管が高輝度に観察された。骨小体様の色素沈着は全条件下で低輝度であった。ICG造影では，黄斑部の変性が造影されたが脈絡膜循環に異常はなかった。造影を行わないR2 apertureでの画像は、造影検査と同程度に脈絡膜血管を描出できた。安全性の項目は検査前後に差はなかった。SLOは網膜色素変性を安全に診断することができる。

We evaluated 10 patients of retinitis pigmentosa using scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) and indocyanine green (ICG) angiography. In order to verify the safety of SLO, all the patients were tested for subjective symptoms, visual acuity, visual field, color vision and contrast sensitivity before and after SLO examination. Choroidal vessels were clearly observed through the atrophic retinal pigment epithelium under He-Ne laser, particularly with R2 aperture with or without enhancement. Pigmented flecks, including bone corpuscles, showed low intensity under all wavelengths of SLO. ICG angiography enhanced macular degeneration but showed no abnormal findings of choroidal circulation.
