（B5-1-9）　網膜色素線条症8例16眼に，走査型レーザー検眼鏡（scanning laser ophthalmoscope：SLO）を使ったmicroperimetryによって，網膜感度を検討した。視神経乳頭周囲の網脈絡膜萎縮部，網膜下出血部，円板状萎縮部において，絶対暗点が検出された。ブルッフ膜断裂のみがみられる部位では，いずれの輝度においても暗点は検出されなかった。ブルッフ膜断裂のみでは網膜への影響は少なく，脈絡膜新生血管やそれに伴う出血性変化，増殖性変化により網膜機能障害をきたすと考えられ，本症においては，脈絡膜新生血管に対する治療が重要であると思われた。

We evaluated the retinal sensitivity in 16 eyes of 8 cases with angioid streaks. A scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) with microperimetric attachment was used in the evaluation. Absolute scotoma was detected in areas of peripapillary retinochoroidal atrophy, of subretinal hemorrhage and of disciform degeneration. No scotoma was deteced in areas where breaks of Bruch's membrane were present as the sole abnormal findings. The findings show that the retinal sensitivity is affected not by breaks in Bruch's membrane alone but mainly by subretinal hemorrhage or proliferations secondary to choroidal neovascularizations.
