Leber特発性星芒状網膜症と思われる1例

Leber's idiopathic stellate retinopathy

　当初，原因不明と思われた片眼乳頭浮腫を初発症状とし，経過中に星芒状白斑および遠隔病巣を伴い，約4ヵ月の経過で自然治癒したLeber特発性星芒状網膜症と考えられる1症例を報告した。

A 26-year-old man developed unilateral papil-ledema in his right eye. CT scan and echographic examination failed to explain the etiology of this finding. In the coures of the disease a focal choriore-tinal lesion appeared about three disc diameters from the disc superionasally. The papilledema and the focal lesion resolved spontaneously in about 4 months. These features coincide with the charasteristics of Leber's idiopathic stellate retino-pathy.
