マクログロブリン血症（Waldenström）における眼底の変化—特に初期症状について

Early funduscopic features of macroglobulinacmia (Waldenström)

　Waldenströmのマクログロブリン血症患者の両眼眼底に特異的な変化を認めたが，螢光眼底造影の結果本症の初発病変は網膜周辺部にあるものと考えられた。

A 60-year-old male manifested unusual fundus eatures of macroglobulinemia of Waldenström in is initial stage. The ophthalmoscopic appearance was characterized by disseminated blot hemor-rhages in the retinal periphery and by moderate lilatation of retinal veins more posteriorly. Fluo-rescein angiography showed an increased capillary permeability in the retinal periphery, sausage-thaped segmental dilatation of retinal veins and isolated microaneurysms. A sludge phenomenon of bulbar conjunctival vessels was noted by slitlamp examination and by anterior segment fluorescein mgiography.
